Refund, Returns & Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

1. All our products are made to order, and shall be delivered within 21-28 working days from the date of order. The date of delivery will vary based on the serviceable pin-code. 
2. All our products shall be shipped safely and securely via our logistics partners, to serviceable pin codes across India, and globally. 
3. Shipping is free within India at all serviceable pin codes by our delivery partners. 
4. All our jewelry is packed in durable and sealed packaging. Relevant certificates, if any, shall also be delivered along with the product.

Return & Exchange/ Upgrade Policy 

Return 

Our 7 days, no questions asked, return policy allows you time to be sure of your Ardia Diamonds’ purchase. 

1. You can initiate a return for your product within 7 days from the date of invoice or delivery, whichever is later. 
2. Product should be returned in original packaging. 
3. Product should be in unused condition, and without any damages, scratches, wear, or alterations. 
4. Original invoice, and certificates (if any) should be provided by the customer. 
5. Upon complete verification of the product and documents, 100% of invoice value shall be returned*. Processing fees of Rs.1,000/- shall be charged. 
6. Any custom-made or personalized order is not eligible for return or upgrade. 
7. Return is confirmed only after due verification of product and documents by Ardia Diamonds. 
8. Refund of return shall be processed to the customer’s bank account within 15 working days after confirmation of return by Ardia Diamonds. 
9. Ardia Diamonds will schedule a pick-up of the product along with all original packaging, invoice, and certificates. 
10.  Return shipping and insurance charges shall be borne by the customer.

Upgrade

Upgrade your Ardia jewelry with new or custom designs at Ardia. 

1. Value of the exchanged product shall be deducted from the new product. 
2. Deductions shall be made for making charges, certificate charges (if any), and taxes. 
3. Processing fee of Rs.1,000/- is applicable. 
4. Any custom-made or personalized order is not eligible for return or upgrade. 
5. Gold & Silver: 100% value of market rate as on the date of exchange as per the product weight. Diamond: 85% value of diamond value as on the date of exchange.
6. In case of any discount given during the original purchase on the metal/ stone value, an equivalent amount shall be deducted from the current market price on the date of buy back/exchange and then buy back/exchange value will be calculated. 
7. Original invoice, and certificates (if any) should be provided by the customer. 

Buy-back 

Return your product for buy-back/resale. 

1. Deductions shall be made for making charges, certificate charges (if any), and taxes. 
2. Processing fee of Rs.1,000/- is applicable.
3. Any custom-made or personalized order is not eligible for buy-back/ resale.  
4. Gold & Silver: 100% value of market rate as on the date of exchange.
5. Diamond: 70% value of diamond value as on the date of exchange.
6. In case of any discount given during the original purchase on the metal/ stone value, an equivalent amount shall be deducted from the current market price on the date of buy back/exchange, and then buy back/exchange value will be calculated.
7. Original invoice, and certificates (if any) should be provided by the customer.

Note: 

1. Returns, exchange or buy-back shall be processed only after due verification of the product & documents. 
2. Jewelry showing any signs of alteration by anyone other than Ardia Diamonds, or damaged, worn-out jewelry shall not be accepted for return, exchange, or buy-back. 
3. We reserve the right to value the product, with reasonable justification. 
4. Loss of original certificate, if any, shall be charged based on product, and prevailing certification costs. 
5. Exchange and buy-back is not applicable on colored stones, baguettes, polkis, tapered and choki diamonds, and pearls. 
6. Buy-back of products is only applicable to products purchased at a value of up to Rs.2,99,999/-. 
7. In case of a  product which was earlier purchased through EMI system/ option, an amount equivalent to non-paid EMI in addition shall be deducted, and then the final price will be mentioned or used for buyback / upgrade. This is in addition to the above-mentioned relevant deductions. 

Shipping & Insurance

For return, exchange and buy-back, the shipping and insurance charges shall be borne by the customer. 

Changes in Policies

Ardia Diamonds reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. It is advisable to review the policies frequently. Changes will take effect immediately upon publishing on the website: www.ardiadiamonds.com. Any material changes made to the policies will be notified on the website.
